Pics - November 2010

"Hi, Daddy!  You're fun to look at."

Check out those nice chubby cheeks!

Happy Birthday, Daddy!

Sleeping in her own crib in the "girls" room for the first time.  Hannah was thrilled!  She's on her Res-Q Wedge to help with reflux and back-arching.  Her G-tube is also connected to a feeding pump at the end of her bed.  This was very short-lived.  Maybe a week at the most.  She's back in our room at night where we can monitor her more easily.
In our hotel in Mexico.
Now 17 pounds, she is too heavy for me to carry around for long periods of time.  The Physical Therapist recommended starting with an umbrella stroller because it kind of cradles her body giving extra support.  The only problem is that her head bonks against the metal bars on the side because it doesn't offer any head support.  I've tried blankets, towels, and infant head supports without much success.  The PT is helping me figure out a good solution.  I'll take pics and show you what we come up with.  Insurance only pays for one Kid Kart every three years; it is a cross between a stroller and a wheelchair.  It has been recommended that we hold off on getting it for awhile since Aliyah is so small and yet growing so quickly.
